Ridge Route Communities Museum & Historical Society
Preserving the Story of a Region Shaped by a Historic Highway

Nestled in the heart of Frazier Park, the Ridge Route Communities Museum & Historical Society offers an engaging and educational window into the past—not just of mountain towns, but of the entire region shaped by the legendary Ridge Route highway.
The museum is named after the original Ridge Route, the engineering marvel that first connected Los Angeles to the Central Valley. This historic roadway runs through the entire Frazier-Tejon region, linking communities from Wheeler Ridge and the Tejon Pass to Gorman, Cuddy Valley, and beyond. The museum's mission is to preserve and share the rich history of all the communities along this vital corridor.
